Our Gua Sha session focuses on relieving muscle tension and enhancing circulation. Using a smooth-edged tool, I gently scrape the skin in long, flowing strokes to release fascial restrictions, break up stagnation, and encourage lymphatic drainage. This technique helps reduce inflammation, ease chronic pain, and support the body's natural healing process. Each session is tailored to your comfort level, ensuring a soothing and therapeutic experience.
